I was just reading through our blog and was reminded about the SWOT and ProForma assignment that is due tonight. I really don't understand what he is expecting - does anyone else?
He wants us to re-do our ProForma through a SCM lens...?
AND SWOT through a SCM lens...?
This class is so overwhelming.

Im not exactly sure either...I don't understand how we are supposed to do it through an SCM lens, is there a template or something that we missed?
And yes there is so much work in this class I think everyone is lost as to what needs to be done and by when...wish there was a little more clear (and set) outline
What is a SCM lens even? On Tuesday we also have another review thing with him.
Can't wait for this class to be over and done with. The assignments due on Sundays aren't explained very well and I'm confused of what is supposed to be due tonight...

Yeah, you are to do a SWOT analysis on your supply chain. There is no template for the SWOT analysis but there is one for supply chain in the PowerPoint slides.
You will also need to complete key performance indicators.
